Payment:

We ask you to pay in advance for all orders.

You can pay by bank transfer or Payconiq (Payconiq only with Belgian Bank accounts)

Please wait until you receive confirmation of the correct amount with the postage !

The shipments are sent from Belgium - Pick-ups are also possible in Niel (near Boom)

Shipping costs for Belgium :

For orders less than 25,00 €, postage 6,50 €

For orders over 25,00 € Track and Trace or Prior shipment : 5,00 €

From 70 Euro net, the shipment will be sent at our expense

Shipping costs for the Netherlands and other countries in Europe :

From 100,00 Euro net, the shipment will be sent at our expense

Postage & Packaging

0-100 grams: 9,00 € Without Track & Trace0-350 grams: 18,00 € With Track & Trace (depends on size of packaging)

To be confirmed 350-1 kg: To be confirmed

Some products can only be sent by letterbox box in terms of size!

We are not liable for loss or damage to the goods during the shipment.

Postage and packaging outside the Netherlands and Belgium will be confirmed as this depends on weight

Order:

Ordering items is done by using the "order form" provided for this purpose After entering all your details, click on the "Order" button, which will send your order to us. You will always receive an e-mail confirming the order placed, containing the necessary information to make the payment.

Prices:

All prices are in Euro and incl. VAT. Prices and typographical errors reserved.

Supplies

Check your delivery upon receipt, if there are problems with numbers, incorrect items you must inform us no later than 1 week after delivery.

All patterns of Creadiva and Creadivacreations have been created with a lot of patience and work. Respect copyright.

No patterns or Tutorials may be passed on or resold. The items you make with our patterns may be sold in limited editions with the mention : Pattern and design of Creadiva and Creadivacreations
